In January, small Australian Distiller Four Pillars will be our guest to discuss the craft of distilling and the 4 pillars that go into making one of Australia’s finest spirits; stills, botanicals, water & love. We’ll be tasting long time favourites and some limited editions alongside nibbles from the Helm kitchen and sunsets on the Fremantle harbour. Four Pillars specialty cocktails will be available all weekend long.
