Our food philosophy at Helm has been inspired by seasonal, local produce from the land and sea, cooked over flame, and with a strong focus on provenance.

Whenever possible, we source locally and hero WA. We get especially excited when seafood comes to us from the fishing boats that dock in our Harbour. The very fishing boats that form the unique tapestry of our sunsets and daily rituals. That seafood, makes its way to us, from our good friends at Fins Seafood.

Fins owners’ John and Phil source the best and freshest seafood from our own shores, greater Australia and New Zealand. In their own words, the fresh, the wonderful and the weird.

Join us on Monday, 25 March for an evening with Fins Seafood. Chef Matt will be creating 6 courses based on the fresh catches that come our way. These dishes will be paired with the legendary drops from Leeuwin Estates Prelude & Art Series.
