Our food philosophy at Helm has been inspired by seasonal, local produce from the land and sea, cooked over flame, and with a strong focus on provenance.
Whenever possible, we source locally and hero WA. We get especially excited when seafood comes to us from the fishing boats that dock in our Harbour. The very fishing boats that form the unique tapestry of our sunsets and daily rituals. That seafood, makes its way to us, from our good friends at Fins Seafood.
