In March, we sit down with Sydney micro distillery Archie Rose. Archie Rose are known for their handcrafted gin, vodka and whisky and is Australia’s most awarded distillery. We’ll be tasting long time favourites and some limited editions alongside nibbles from the Helm kitchen and sunsets on the Fremantle harbour.
For February’s Producers Evening we sit down with one of the legends of Western Australian wine- Xanadu wines- true pioneers of the region with a long history of producing wines with distinct character that embody all that is the Margaret River. Join us for a 3-course sharing menu exquisitely paired with a range of Xanadu wines.
